EduAge LTD is a company which does corporate consulting and training, mentorship of start-ups inclusivity training and VET training. EduAge was a coordinator in one VET project– Therma culture – to develop capacity in the Therma and gastro tourism sector. The company was established in 2020 with and received a private investment to develop the innovative engagement and productivity training platform VOCA ACADEMY. The company is led by a woman entrepreneur and has experience in consulting other start-ups such as Omnio and LegalTrack. Since its establishment the company has trained 20 managers, realised 5 workshops for inclusive career development and mentored 2 start-ups. EduAge provides online learning modules and experience and is an expert in online education and training, consulting other companies on the digitization process of their learning. EduAge has created Voca Academy - an online learning platform for career orientation and career development. The team is a partner of JobTiger - the biggest recruitment company in Bulgaria.
