The Association will, however, have to study, research, manage and disseminate information on entrepreneurial and digital culture both in existing environments and for start-up activities (understood as "new entrepreneurial projects"), through the use of the web in general. A further aim of the Association is to create a cultural network through a system of interaction between the different cultural expressions of both associations, schools and universities. The Association must, however, always maintain complete independence from national and transnational government bodies, academic and non-academic institutions and private and public companies with which it will negotiate and collaborate.
