On October 13, 2023, the DigiWork project proudly participated in ErasmusDays, an event dedicated to celebrating the achievements and progress of Erasmus+ projects across Europe. The day was marked by a series of engaging activities, with a particular focus on celebrating the strong partnership that has been the backbone of DigiWork. This event also provided a valuable opportunity to gather insights directly from our target group—adults over 45—who were beginning to test the educational materials developed through the project.

1. Celebrating the Partnership The ErasmusDays event was a chance to highlight the collaborative efforts that have driven DigiWork forward. Throughout the day, partners from Italy, Spain, and Bulgaria reflected on the journey so far, sharing experiences and discussing the impact that their cooperation has had on the project’s success. The celebration was both a recognition of the hard work invested by all partners and an affirmation of the shared commitment to enhancing digital literacy among adults over 45.
2. Video Interviews with Target Group Participants A central feature of the ErasmusDays celebration was the series of video interviews conducted with members of our target group. These interviews were designed to capture the initial reactions and feedback of adult learners who had just begun testing the video modules and e-learning materials created by DigiWork. The participants were asked about their first impressions, the usability of the materials, and how they felt these resources would impact their digital skills and daily lives. The interviews provided invaluable qualitative data, revealing that while some participants felt confident navigating the modules, others appreciated the user-friendly design that accommodated their varying levels of digital literacy. This feedback was crucial for the project team as it offered real-world insights into how the materials were being received and where further adjustments might be necessary.
3. Workshops and Live Discussions In addition to the interviews, the day featured interactive workshops and live discussions. These sessions allowed participants to explore the e-learning materials in a supportive environment, where they could ask questions and receive guidance on how to maximize their learning experience. The workshops were facilitated by project educators who had been closely involved in the development of the materials, ensuring that participants received expert advice tailored to their specific needs.
4. Impact and Reflection The ErasmusDays event not only served as a celebration but also as a critical reflection point for the project. The feedback gathered through interviews and workshops highlighted the importance of continuous adaptation and improvement in the e-learning modules. This event underscored the value of direct engagement with the target group, ensuring that their voices are central to the project’s ongoing development.
5. Moving Forward As DigiWork progresses, the insights gained from ErasmusDays will inform the final adjustments to the educational materials, ensuring they are as effective and accessible as possible. The event also strengthened the bonds within the partnership, reinforcing a shared vision for the successful completion of the project.
