The Final Impact Analysis Report for the DigiWork project highlights the comprehensive outcomes and achievements across various levels, from individual participants to European-wide initiatives. Through the use of qualitative and quantitative indicators, the report offers a detailed assessment of how the project met and exceeded its objectives.

Measuring Impact on Participants

The core goal of DigiWork was to improve the digital skills of adults over 45. To assess this, we used pre- and post-training tests embedded in each video module. These tests allowed us to measure the improvement in digital competencies among participants. Of the 300 adults engaged, 10% (30 participants) completed the entire training, showcasing a significant leap in their skills. This result, combined with participant feedback collected through surveys, demonstrated the overall effectiveness of the e-learning modules.

Impact on Partner Organizations

For the partner organizations, the focus was on fostering effective collaboration and ensuring quality outcomes. Regular monitoring meetings and a feedback loop allowed us to address challenges and maintain alignment with project goals. This approach improved internal communication and helped streamline workflows, enhancing the collaboration between partners from Italy, Spain, and Bulgaria.

Local and European Reach

Locally, the project’s impact was evident through mini-events organized in collaboration with municipalities, universities for older adults, and local businesses. In Italy4 events engaged public and private organizations, while in Spain, participation in a major learning fair reached a large audience over several days. The collaboration with a municipality in Bulgaria further strengthened community ties.On a European scale, DigiWork fostered transnational collaboration through the EPALE platform, where best practices were shared among educators and stakeholders. Dissemination through YouTube and Facebook expanded the project’s reach, with 10,000+ views and 500+ subscribers, ensuring the project's legacy beyond its initial scope.
